Autumn’s Coming, Time To Buy More Knitwear
One of the few good things that comes with autumn is that you get to wear knitwear. I love a good sweater. Especially the long ones. Oh and they look cute on everyone too. My mother in law bought my daughter this adorable sweater last year in the sales and it looked so cute on her.
I’ve looked EVERYWHERE for another similar one. It is nowhere to be found. I’ve seriously looked just about everywhere I could think of, and nothing. It wasn’t even something particularly special. It was just a long sleeve, long sweater with a belt. I guess I could always look at Ebay.
My husband also looks cute in knitwear. The whole “preppy” look really works for him. I love when he wears a collared shirt with a sweater over it. With jeans-he is just gorgeous. I can actually see him roll his eyes if he ever heard me say this, but oh well. He does. No reason to lie about it.
Speaking of sweaters… for some reason this made me flash back to when I was pregnant. (Weird, I know) I had this lovely sweater on, and I looked really pregnant. My neighbor saw me and it was the first he had noticed I was pregnant. That would have been really embarrassing if I had not been pregnant..guys are funny like that. I think I still have that sweater…somewhere…
Anyway I love sweaters and I love autumn because I get to wear sweaters. By winter, I’m ready for it to be warm again. Wish it would actually work like that. Darn.
